These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kinyoudoitall.com, the Kin: AI Assistant for Moms app (app.kinyoudoitall.com), and any related services provided by Kinyoudoitall LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Kin”). By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms.

Using Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Kin: AI Assistant for Moms App

The Kin: AI Assistant for Moms app is a personal assistant tool for moms. It provides schedule management, reminders, meal planning, grocery tools, and other household management features. Some features require a Kin Pro subscription. Features and availability may change as we continue to build and improve the app.

SMS Text Notifications

If you are a Kin Pro subscriber, you may opt in to receive SMS text notifications from Kin. By opting in, you agree to the following:

  • Opt-in: You opt in by navigating to Settings → Notifications in the Kin app, entering your phone number, and verifying it with a one-time code sent via SMS.
  • Message types: You may receive daily morning briefings, task and reminder notifications, and account-related updates.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per day depending on your settings and scheduled tasks.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Kin does not charge for SMS delivery, but your mobile carrier may.
  • Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Kin text message, or by turning off text notifications in your Kin app settings.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any Kin text message for assistance.
  • Privacy: Your phone number is stored securely and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Digital Products

Digital products purchased through our Stan Store (stan.store/kinyoudoitall) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on kinyoudoitall.com, the Kin app, and our social media channels is owned by Kinyoudoitall LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Our content, tools, and app features are provided for informational and personal use purposes. We are not providing professional financial, medical, legal, or parenting advice. Use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals when needed.

Limitation of Liability
